Who am I?

My name is Roxana Bucur.
During my childhood, the foundations of my financial life and profession were laid.
At the age of 4, I started saving my first money – coins from shopping, change, and money received from relatives and holiday caroling.
At 15 and a half, I got a part-time job, and by the age of 17, I had my first bank deposit because I was saving 90% of my earned income.
Thus, I became independent at an early age. I had a goal to work for: owning my own home, and I was driven by needs, with my primary need being financial security.
I graduated from FPSE-PIPP (Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences – specializing in Primary and Preschool Education Pedagogy) and took a job with a much lower salary than I had earned before. That was a shock for me, so I never gave up looking for additional income, which led me to a role as a financial planner and consultant in a multinational company – a German franchise specializing in financial education, consulting, and intermediation. I learned the theory of saving and investing. (Saving theory: “Pay yourself first!”, “Don’t spend everything you earn!”, “Cover your basic needs and secure your future through savings and investments!”).
That was the first time I heard about investments, including the word “investment” itself, and seven years ago, I started investing safely and effectively for my financial future.
I continued to dedicate time and resources to my financial education and entrepreneurial training. Today, I stand before you with 7 years of experience as an expert financial consultant, licensed in insurance, private pensions, and capital markets, and soon in banking products, having analyzed over 500 hours of financial consultancy sessions and accumulated over 10,000 hours of training across all financial product categories available on the market. My ambitious yet achievable goal is to financially educate one million households.
Currently, I manage over 200 clients and oversee a portfolio of just over €800,000 per month, professionally supporting people in achieving important life goals: securing their children’s future, efficient retirement planning, early mortgage repayment, financial security, and financial independence from any external entities, including the state, employers, family, and financial institutions.
I have observed that people tend to overestimate what they can achieve in the short term and underestimate what they can achieve in the long term. That is why, at my age, with experience in over 500 individual financial cases and my own personal journey, I can guide you in financial education – the psychology of money. Today, I own my home, purchased independently from any bank, and I have three investment solutions: one secure for medium- and long-term goals, another safe but long-term with short-term risks as a diversification strategy, and a third high-risk, short-term investment where I have allocated an amount I am willing to lose. I have built financial security through reserves tailored to my financial personality and current responsibilities, and I run two businesses – two financial education franchises: one for children (B2B optional programs) and another for adults, focused on financial planning, consulting, and intermediation.
From here on, it’s all about you. I invite you to explore the following information, and I wish you success in achieving financial awareness!
